  My father had similar experience. Cabinets were different colors than the sample. He called the store and they brushed him off due to his difficulty communicating because of his accent. When he went to store to compare, sample was gone so he could not compare. He wasn't disappointed with the cabinets, but upset about the dishonesty. He wasn't given clear paperwork and i feel that because of his age and ethnicity he was taken advantage of. The quality of what we got appears to be fine. I don't know what my father was promised, but he seams to have gotten a decent set of cabinets. He had a few questions about the cabinets and called at a later time. I overheard them getting loud with him on the phone when he was just trying to ask questions. They know that he is a 83 year old man. They could have a little patience, especially since he gave them several thousand dollars. We bought building materials such as tile, hardwood, baseboard trim, doors, windows, and appliances from other local vendors and did not have any other issues like this. Everyone else was patient and kind.
  
  Also - Fyi... the cabinets were not in stock as advertised all over the website. It didn't matter to us, because we were not in a rush. Just keep that in mind. My father has a simple kitchen and it still took almost 2 weeks to get the cabinets.
